Rhianna Earns Tattoo Shop Fines

Don’t let your friends tattoo, not even if they are famous! A Manhattan tattoo parlor was cited for “operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site” after Rhianna was photographed tattooing some of the employees at the shop.

Apparently in New York, only licensed tattoo artists may tattoo people. Who knew?

One man has proven to be positive for Hepatitis B, and people are worried that his infection may be traced back to the tattoo parlour.
